Fire Sprinkler systems will no longer be mandated in one-and-two-family homes in Pensnsylvania under a measure signed into law on April 25th by Governor Tom Corbett. Under the new law, Pennsylvania builders will be required to offer sprinkler systems to home buyers as an option at point of sale.
